- Current pay stub(s) for a 30-day period, showing year-to-date information
- If self-employed, tax returns for the past two years
- Bank statements for two months
- Most recent Retirement Statement
- Fully executed Sales Agreement
- $350 application deposit
For Refinancing Mortgage Loans
Please call or email to schedule an appointment with a mortgage loan representative.
Bring to the appointment:
- Current pay stub(s) for a 30-day period, showing year to date information
- Bank statements for two months
- Current mortgage statement showing loan number and escrow information
- Homeowner Insurance Policy
- $350 application deposit
