  • Current pay stub(s) for a 30-day period, showing year-to-date information
  • If self employed, tax returns for the past two years
  • Bank statements for two months
  • Most recent Retirement Statement
  • Fully executed Sales Agreement

For Refinancing Mortgage Loans

Please call or email to schedule an appointment with a mortgage loan representative.

Bring to the appointment:

  • Current pay stub(s) for a 30-day period, showing year to date information
  • Bank statements for two months
  • Current mortgage statement showing loan number and escrow information
  • Homeowner Insurance Policy
