Penny Online
Federal Regulations mandate that all US financial institutions implement additional login procedures for online banking. This new security process will require you to enroll in our Enhanced Security Login.
1. Click on Create a username (usernames are case sensitive). When prompted, enter your member number and current 4-digit access code.
Your username:
- must be 3-20 characters
- must have no special characters (spaces, dashes, etc.)
- must start with a letter
2. Create a new password (passwords are case sensitive)
- must be at least 8 characters (letters and/or numbers)
- must have no special characters (spaces, dashes, etc.)
3. Select an eStamp Image and eStamp Phrase - you will see these every time you login to your account. eStamp is a fraud prevention feature. It allows you to customize your Penny On-Line Log In screen so that you know to only enter your password into your log in screen, and not enter your password into an illegitimate site. Remember -- your eStamp Phrase is NOT a password.
4. Login using your new username and password. Make sure the eStamp image and phrase that appear are the ones you've selected.
Once you have logged on to Penny On-Line you will be taken to your account balances page. Through Penny Online you can check account balances, histories, transfer funds, or make check withdrawals from any internet browser for FREE!
Cookies and JavaScript must be enabled in your post 3.0 internet browser (found under Preferences in Netscape® browsers and under Internet Options in Microsoft® browsers).
If you receive an "account frozen" error message when attempting to access accounts via Penny, this means there has been too many invalid access code attempts. To unfreeze your account and reset your access code, please call Penn State Federal during business hours.
