uDeposit FAQs
Q. What is uDeposit@home?
A. uDeposit@home is a new service that allows you to deposit checks to your savings or checking account from your home, office, or anywhere you have access to the Internet. Once you are set up, uDeposit@home is available through Penny On-Line.
The service features:
Immediate use of deposited funds
Ability to deposit from the safety of your home
Availability 24 hours a day, seven days a week
Q. Where do I find uDeposit@home?
A. Log into Penny On-Line and click the “uDeposit@home” button from the menu bar. The first time you use the service, you must read and agree to the uDeposit@home service disclosures.
Q. How do I order uDeposit@home envelopes?
A. You may order pre-addressed uDeposit@home envelopes by clicking the “Order Envelopes” button. Three envelopes will be mailed to your address of record.
Q. Where do I mail my uDeposit@home deposit?
A. The special uDeposit@home mailing address is given to you on the screen with your Session Number. If you are mailing the deposit in a plain envelope, address it to:

All uDeposit@home deposits must be sent to this specific address – otherwise the processing of your deposit may be delayed.
Penn State Federal enables you to order pre-addressed envelopes for uDeposit@home transactions -- when you need them. Simply click on the “Order Envelopes” button. Three envelopes will be mailed to your home address.
Q. Where can I find my uDeposit@home session numbers?
A. When you complete your uDeposit@home deposit, your session number should appear on the screen. Be sure to record this number on your envelope before you send it to Penn State Federal.
In the event a session number does not appear, you can find your deposit information in two places:
In uDeposit@home, click on the “Deposit Available” amount. The session number and check information you entered will be displayed under “Deposits Not Yet Received.”
In Penny On-line look under your Savings or Checking History to see if your deposit posted. The sequence number (seq#) that appears by the transaction is your session number for that uDeposit@home deposit.
Q. How do I deposit foreign checks / foreign money orders?
A. Foreign checks / money orders can’t be deposited through uDeposit@home. A foreign check is any check issued to you by a financial institution in another country (Mexico, England, etc.). To deposit foreign checks / money orders, mail your deposit to:

Q. What do I do when uDeposit@home is not working?
A. The easiest solution is to call Penn State Federal so we can determine the nature of your uDeposit@home problem. Please call us at 800-828-4636 (option 4, then option 2), 814-865-3979 or email udeposit@pennstatefederal.com
Q. How do I order uDeposit@home deposit slips?
A. Deposit slips are not necessary with your uDeposit@home deposit – just write your deposit session number on the front of the mailing envelope.
