03/16/2020

OUR PRIORITY

Penn State Federal's top priority is the health and wellness of our members and employees. We are actively monitoring the situation through information shared throughout the community and from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). We are committed to serving our members and we'll keep you updated if our daily operations are disrupted.

WHAT WE ARE DOING

STEPS YOU CAN TAKE

You may still manage your accounts 24/7 from our home banking (Penny Online) site on our website or from our mobile App (Penny Mobile). Whether you're paying bills, checking your account balance, transferring money or using the App to deposit a check, our main goal is to have you be able to easily conduct your financial business.

If you haven't yet, please consider signing up for our digital services today. To get started, click here for our Penny Online Application. If you do not feel comfortable bringing the application to one of our locations, you may scan or take a picture of the application and email it to backoffice@pennstatefederal.com, fax it to 814-865-7713 or mail to Penn State Federal Credit Union, Attn: Back Office, 123 Amberleigh Lane, Bellefonte, PA 16823. Once we receive your completed application, a Credit Union Specialist will contact you by phone or email to finish the activation. After your online access is set up, you may then download our App in the App Store or Google Play Store to use mobile banking.

Information concerning the CO-OP Network of surcharge free ATMs, as well as, Shared Branches can be found here.

We understand that this is a trying time in our community. And we want you to know that we're here for you if you need us for any of your financial concerns.
