Penn State Federal's top priority is the health and safety of our members and employees. Our team continues to monitor the recommendations to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. In response to Governor Wolf's "Stay at Home" order for Centre County in Pennsylvania, the Credit Union is considered an essential business and our drive-thru location will remain open, but we will be modifying the hours for transactions.


Effective Wednesday, April 1, 2020
The drive-thru at our Bellefonte location, located at 123 Amberleigh Lane, will be available Monday through Friday from 9:00AM until 2:00PM for your transactions.

You may also access your accounts through the ATMs located at our Bellefonte and 1937 North Atherton Street, State College locations.

All of our lobbies and offices will remain closed for in-person transactions. We feel these steps are necessary for the well being of everyone.

The security you trust will continue without interruption. Penn State Federal is a federally insured financial institution through the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) and their National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF). Your individual share (deposit) accounts are insured up to $250,000. Please refer to www.ncua.gov for more details on covered accounts through the NCUSIF.

If you haven't yet, please consider signing up for our digital services to keep you connected to your accounts. To get started, click here for our Penny Online Application. You may scan or take a picture of the application and email it to backoffice@pennstatefederal.com, fax it to 814-865-7713 or mail or drop off to Penn State Federal Credit Union, Attn: Back Office, 123 Amberleigh Lane, Bellefonte, PA 16823. Once we receive your completed application, a Credit Union Representative will contact you by phone or email to finish the activation process. After your Penny Online access is set up, you may then download our Penny Mobile App in the App Store or Google Play Store to begin using mobile banking.

Using Penny Online or Penny Mobile, you may manage your accounts 24/7. You can check your account balance, transfer money, apply for a loan, pay a bill or use our mobile App to deposit a check, our main goal is for you to easily conduct your financial business from anywhere at anytime.
