Loans / What to Bring When Applying for a Mortgage

For Mortgage Loans

Please call (814) 865-7728 or email our Mortgage Department to schedule an appointment.

Bring to the appointment:

  • Current pay stub(s) for a 30-day period, showing year-to-date information for each borrower
  • If self-employed, tax returns for the past two years
  • Bank statements for two months
  • Most recent Retirement Statement for each borrower
  • Fully executed Sales Agreement
  • 2 years of W-2 forms for each borrower
  • $75 application fee

For Refinancing Mortgage Loans

Please call (814) 865-7728 or email to schedule an appointment with a mortgage loan representative.

Bring to the appointment:

  • Current pay stub(s) for a 30-day period, showing year to date information for each borrower
  • Bank statements for two months
  • Current mortgage statement showing loan number and escrow information
  • Homeowner Insurance Policy
  • 2 years of W-2 forms for each borrower
  • $75 application fee plus $350 for the appraisal
