Penny Bill Pay
Penny Bill Pay allows you to pay all your bills online. Once you pay a bill, Penny Bill Pay remembers the mailing and account information for you, so paying bills next month is a snap! You can set up recurring or one-time payments to anyone, even your babysitter! Get unlimited bill paying, free on-line check copies and unlimited access for free with Freedom Checking (all other checking accounts charge $5 for this service). Allow about 3 business days for your account activation email to arrive.
1. Sign up with Penn State Federal
Email us at billpay@pennstatefederal.com with your name and current phone number.
2. Sign in to Penny On-Line
Click on the Penny Bill Pay tab on the menu bar.
3. Pay Bills
Upcoming payments - view scheduled payments.
Make a payment – these may be one time (one-time purchase) or recurring (rent) bills. Choose which checking account and when Penny should debit your account.
Express payments - write checks to recurring payees, which should be sent on a different date (babysitter) and/or for a different amount (telephone bill).
Payee lists - view, add or update payee information.
Payment history - view and search through past payments. Click for check images!
Password-change your password anytime, no waiting or calling.

Bill Payment Service Details
Penny On-Line & Bill-Payment technical requirements include: Internet access, 3.0 or higher internet browser software and that cookies, java & JavaScript are enabled. (Netscape® users look in Preferences, Microsoft® users look in Internet Options) Service fee will be assessed on the last business day of the month. Internet access, a current e-mail address, computer hardware & browser software are required but are not the responsibility of Penn State Federal. Insufficient funds services (NSF), teller check copies & stop payments are subject to fees as described in the Rate & Fee Schedule.
